Secretary Vilsack has announced an additional 800,000 acres to be dedicated to the CRP program for wildlife habitat and wetlands. The Department of Agriculture will accept new offers to participate under a general signup to begin December 1, 2015 through February 26, 2016.

Georgia State Conservationist Terrance Rudolph of the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has announced there is additional funding for financial and technical assistance through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP).
